Join me for a nourishing and heart-expanding two hour practice for women focusing on the moon cycle, to help us elevate and transform.

This class will be a gentle pregnancy yoga flow, and will form part of a 5 week course.

Pregnancy yoga offers many physical and emotional benefits and is a beautiful tool for prepare for labour, birth and beyond. The aim of the class is to prepare women for a positive birth experience, both mentally and physically.

There will be clear direction and options for modifications to allow women to become more familiar with the yoga poses and the use of breath.

This is a 5 week course. You are encouraged to engage in the 5-week block for optimal integration and embodiment of the teachings. A 5 week block maybe repeated if you so wish, and single drop in classes are available for those who have already completed the 5 week course.

A dynamic and replenishing yoga practice.

The intention for this vinyasa flow class is to increase strength and flexibility, as well as to experience connection, restoration and the feeling of being held. The class will weave the cyclical wisdom of nature (the seasons, the moon, the elements) with Ireland’s spiritual heritage, poetry and traditional yogic philosophies. The class is defined by attention to the breath, alignment with the intelligence of the heart mind connection, in flow with the power and inner wisdom of the body.

This class is mixed level and would suit those with some yoga experience.

This class takes place in person at Shiva Yoga Kilbeggan and online. It is mixed level and would suit those with some yoga experience.
